Judo Bank is looking to hire a high energy lawyer to help our teams continue to support SME lending in Australia.

As a Judo lawyer, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Advising and supporting customer relationships and transactions
  • Reviewing procurement arrangements for outsourced services, technology or third party platform providers
  • Advising on a diverse range of corporate matters
  • Collaborating with Risk and Compliance teams on policy and regulatory issues
  • Supporting new product development and projects
  • Managing external legal services providers

As a Judo lawyer, you will have:

  • A current practising certificate
  • 6-8 years post qualification experience preferably in financial services or corporate gained either in-house or at a law firm
  • A strong commercial and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Experience in banking and finance, financial services regulatory regime or general commercial matters
  • Enthusiasm to be part of #1 LinkedIn Top Startups 2019
